  • Strengthen your body's immune system during this winter season.
  • Drink optimal amount of water.
  • Eat a healthy diet-- diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat an extra piece of fruit or veggie everyday too.
  • Eat less food- it will give your body a much needed rest for digestion and give it a chance to concentrate on fighting off potential invaders.
  • Exercise regularly, even if only for 15 minutes a day. Get out and take a short walk.
  • Get the right amount of sleep every night.
  • Get more rest than normal.
  • Keep stress to a minimum. People having high stress levels are found more susceptible to catching colds and flu.
  • Boost your vitamin C intake.
  • Boost your Intake of Zinc.
